What is RAPIDO?
RAPIDO is the Philippines ultimate app for emergency services. When you select the type of emergency you need, we automatically check for your current location then automatically call the nearest emergency provider. Note: If you are not located in the Philippines, please do not use this app.
Do I need to be online?
Yes. You need to have reliable internet connection when using Rapido. WiFi or mobile data.
Do I need to use GPS?
Ideally yes, but in case RAPIDO cannot locate you, you do have the option to manually enter your current location.
Is this app free?
This app is 100% free to download and free to use. Your mobile carrier may charge you for voice calls made.
How do I use this app?
In an emergency, simply launch the app and tap on Police, Ambulance, or Fire. Your phone dialer will then launch as it attempts to call the nearest emergency provider. It’s that easy!
